The Bismarck Bobcats are proud to announce that defenseman, Charlie Sandven, has committed to continue his collegiate hockey and academic career at Gustavus Adolphus College in St. Peter, MN.
Sandven joined the Bobcats this season after splitting the previous year between the NAHL and the MJHL. He appeared in 54 regular season games to go along with 13 playoff games for Bismarck. Sandven lit the lamp twice while adding on 17 assists for a total of 19 points in 67 career games. Sandven mentioned his excitement to continue his journey next season and get started at Gustavus Adolphus.
“I am really excited for this upcoming year and it’s a great opportunity for me to become a better student and a player,” Sandven said.
Gustavus Adolphus College is an NCAA DIII hockey program that competes in the Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC).
