The Bismarck Bobcats are proud to announce that Forward Alex Lunski, has committed to continue his collegiate hockey and academic career at the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
Lunski, an ‘05 forward, came to the Bobcats this season via a trade with the Philadelphia Rebels. In his 57 regular season games between the Bobcats and the Rebels Lunski lit the lamp 15 times and added on 22 assists for a total of 37 points. Lunski was also tied for the lead with Nick Snyder in playoff points for the Bobcats with 6 points across the 5 playoff games.
The University of Nevada Las Vegas Rebels are an ACHA DI powerhouse. Back in 2025, the Rebels won their first ACHA National Championship, defeating Adrian College. The Rebels play in the Western Conference Hockey League (WCHL).
Lunski is the 2nd Bobcat throughout the 2025-26 season and offseason to make his commitment, joining Mark Evans who committed to Robert Morris University (NCAA DI).
