Bobcats Forward Posts Five Points for Award
Bismarck, ND – Bobcats forward Lars Rødne has been named the NAHL Central Division Star of the Week.
The Norwegian native posted four goals and an assist in only two appearances this weekend, his first games as a Bobcat.
Rødne also scored a hat trick in his Bobcat debut on Friday night, earning first star honors.
“I like to shoot the puck and create chances,” Rødne said last week when he arrived. “You’re going to see a lot of offensive plays from me this year, hopefully.”
The Bobcats certainly did this weekend as Rødne put up three goals in his first two periods of play, finishing his first game with four points.
