The Bismarck Bobcats will wrap up the 2010-11 regular season with three games in three nights: the weekend starts with two home games Friday and Saturday against the Owatonna Express and then a Sunday contest on the road against the Alexandria Blizzard.

The Alexandria Blizzard rattled off four straight goals and the Bismarck Bobcats suffered their third straight loss, falling 4-1 Saturday at the Runestone Center.

The Bismarck Bobcats got three goals from their top line but couldn’t outduel the Alexandria Blizzard, falling 4-3 Friday at the Runestone Center.

The Bismarck Bobcats teamed up with the St. Baldrick’s Foundation during Monday’s game against the Austin Bruins at the VFW Sports Center and raised over $8,500 for the charity.

When the Bismarck Bobcats finish up their three-game homestand on Monday with a they not only will be making up the game postponed on Friday due to inclement weather and hazardous travel conditions, they will also take part in the originally scheduled St. Baldrick’s Night event.

The Bismarck Bobcats got a big spark from their power play and a strong performance from goalie Ryan Faragher on their way to a convincing 3-1 victory over the road-weary Austin Bruins Saturday at the VFW Sports Center.

Saturday’s game between the Bobcats and the Austin Bruins is on schedule for a 7:15 PM start. Call the Bobcat Hockey office at 222-3300 for tickets!

The Bismarck Bobcats’ Friday contest against the Austin Bruins has been postponed, along with our St. Baldrick’s Night event, to Monday night at 7:15 PM.
