Fresh off a first-round upset of Alexandria, the Bismarck Bobcats will hit the road this weekend to open the Central Division Finals against the Coulee Region Chill starting with Game One Friday at the Omni Center.

A three-goal rally by the Alexandria Blizzard evened the best-of-five Central Division Semifinals 2-2 as the top-seeded Blizzard topped the Bismarck Bobcats 3-1 Saturday at the VFW Sports Center, forcing a winner-take-all Game Five on Monday.

With 1,242 screaming fans roaring their approval, the Bismarck Bobcats rattled off four straight goals to claim a 2-1 series lead in the best-of-five Central Division Semifinals courtesy of a 6-3 victory over the Alexandria Blizzard Friday at the VFW Sports Center.

Having successfully reclaimed home ice advantage and halted a ten-game losing streak to the Alexandria Blizzard, the Bismarck Bobcats make their home playoff debut Friday for the first of two big home postseason contests at the VFW Sports Center this weekend.
